Thank you for choosing Ragava Goutham Design Studio. Since we deal in digital assets, our refund policy is designed to be clear and straightforward.

1. Digital Downloads (PSD Files)

• Due to the nature of digital media and instant access, all sales of PSD files, templates, and design assets are final and non-refundable.
• Once a credit is deducted from your account and the download process is initiated, we cannot offer a return or exchange.

2. Credit Purchases

• Credits purchased on ragavagoutham.com are used exclusively to unlock premium content.
• Once credits are successfully added to your wallet, they cannot be refunded back to your bank account or original payment method.
• No Expiration: Your credits do not expire; you can use them whenever you need a design.

3. Technical Issues

• If you experience any technical problem with a downloaded file (e.g., file corruption), please contact us via email or visit our studio.
• We will verify the issue and provide a replacement link for the same product at no extra cost.
