1. Digital Products & Credit System

• Our platform works on a Credit System.
• One credit equals a specific value shown at the time of purchase.
• Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Once a credit is used to unlock a PSD file, it cannot be reversed.

2. License & Usage

• All PSD files and templates are for your Professional & Commercial use only.
• You can modify designs for your clients or your business.
• Strictly Prohibited: You cannot resell, share, or redistribute our raw PSD files on social media groups, websites, or other platforms.

3. No Refund Policy

• Since we sell digital assets, all sales are final.
• Once credits are added or a file is downloaded, we do not offer refunds.
• If you face any technical issues with a download, contact our support within 24 hours.

4. Responsibility for Printing

• Ragava Goutham Design Studio is not responsible for any printing errors or financial losses.
• User's Responsibility: It is your duty to check design dimensions, spelling, and color profiles (CMYK) before final printing.

5. Account Security

• You are responsible for keeping your account details and password safe.
• Report any unauthorized use of your account to us immediately.

6. Modifications to Service

• We reserve the right to change credit prices or update these terms at any time without prior notice.
